Manufacturing Services

Industrial manufacturing, cut through finish.

CNC machining, laser cutting, press brake forming, saw cutting, welding, assembly, powder coating, and metal finishing, including quick turnaround manufacturing and low-high volume production parts.

Manufacturing capabilities

Twelve processes, grouped the way a job runs.

A part usually needs several of these in sequence. Running them under one roof is the point.

Cutting

Laser Cutting

Clean, accurate profile cutting for sheet and plate.

Saw Cutting

Bar, tube, and structural stock cut to length.

Blanking

Flat blanks cut to size, ready for downstream forming.

Forming & Machining

Press Brake Forming

165-ton Pacific and 150-ton CNC Durma Precision brakes.

CNC Machining

Machined components produced to your print.

Welding

TIG, MIG, Flux Core, and Stick brought onto the production floor.

Assembly & Finishing

Assembly

Multi-part assemblies built up and delivered ready to install.

Powder Coating

Durable powder finish applied to finished parts.

Metal Finishing

Surface preparation and finishing, plus an in-house air spray paint booth.

Parts & Production

Panels, Enclosures & Brackets

Panels, enclosures, brackets, and multi-part assemblies manufactured to your printually have.

Nationwide Shipping

Finished parts crated and shipped anywhere in the country.

Quick Turnaround Manufacturing

Short-run work handled without a production-line lead time.

Low-High Volume Production Parts

Small quantities treated as real production, not an inconvenience.

Quick turnaround & low volume

Small runs are not a favor. They are a service line.

Quick turnaround manufacturing and low-high volume production parts are stated capabilities, not exceptions we squeeze in. If you need ten of something rather than ten thousand, that is a job we are set up to take.

  • Quick turnaround manufacturing
  • Low-high volume production parts
  • Pre-production sample development
  • Production fabricated parts and frames
  • Assembly and finishing in the same building
Prototyping to production
Equipment

What the parts are made on.

Row of press brake punch and die tooling with a steel sheet staged on the bed

Press brakes

165-ton Pacific and 150-ton CNC Durma Precision. Heavy-plate capacity and programmable repeatability on the same floor.

Fabricator entering bend parameters on a Durma DR-56T CNC press brake control screen

CNC control

Bend sequences programmed at the control, so the tenth part matches the first.

Fabricator checking a formed steel part against a machinist square

Machining

A 10′ × ¼″ shear, multiple sawing and cutting equipment, and multiple manual machining equipment.

CNC plasma torch cutting a profile through steel plate

CNC laser & plasma cutting

CNC laser and plasma cuttinging, nesting software, and an in-house air spray paint booth.

Laser cutting head throwing sparks as it cuts steel plate
Laser cutting

Send the file. We nest it, cut it, and keep it moving.

Laser cutting runs off the same DXF, SVG, and vector files we nest for plasma. The profile is cut in-house, and the blank goes straight to forming, machining, welding, and finishing without leaving the building or changing vendors.

  • DXF, SVG, and vector files cut as drawn
  • Nesting software sets the material layout
  • Cut parts flow straight into forming and welding
Laser cutting

What comes off the laser.

Steel plate and sheet cut in our Winchester shop, photographed on the machine and on the bench.

Laser cutting head lit over sheet steel on the machine bed

On the bed

Sheet stock squared up on the slats and the head brought down to height before the cut starts.

Through the plate

The cut running under power, with the spark stream carrying the melt clear of the kerf.

Overhead view of a laser cutting a custom profile from steel plate

Overhead

Looking straight down the head as it tracks the profile across the sheet.

Sparks flying as a laser cuts a customer's custom sign design from steel plate

Customer artwork

Customer artwork brought in as a vector file and cut as drawn, detail and all.

Laser cutting head positioned over sheet steel on the slat bed

Between cuts

Material staged and the head parked between nests while the next sheet is loaded.

Cut and ready

Finished profiles left in the skeleton, ready to be broken out and sent on to forming.

Manufacturing flow

How a production part moves through the shop.

1

Files & nesting

STEP, DWG, DXF, or PDF in, for laser, plasma, and saw cutting. Nesting software sets the material layout.

2

Cutting

Laser cutting, CNC plasma, saw cutting, and blanking.

3

Forming & machining

Press brake forming, tube bending, and CNC or manual machining.

4

Welding & assembly

TIG, MIG, Flux Core, or Stick, then built up into assemblies.

5

Finishing

Powder coating, metal finishing, and air spray booth before it ships.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Yes. Quick turnaround manufacturing and low-high volume production parts are core capabilities.
Yes. Powder coating, metal finishing, and an in-house air spray paint booth mean parts ship coated and install-ready.
A 165-ton Pacific press brake and a 150-ton CNC Durma Precision brake, plus a 10′ × ¼″ shear and round and square tube bending.
Yes. Blanking, panels, enclosures, and brackets are all standard manufacturing work here.
Yes. Assembly is one of our manufacturing services, so a job can leave as a finished assembly rather than a box of parts.
